Dengue fever is on the rise! While local transmission in the continental US is limited, the number of cases among countries in the Americas have exceeded those ever recorded for a single year.
Keep Dengue fever in your differential among symptomatic people who have been in areas of transmission within 14 days, this includes US territories such as Puerto Rico and American Samoa.
