Dirty Drinks
Here you can find information on the Dirty Drinks Podcast, hosted by Dr. Rick Starlin and Sarah Stream. They highlight professionals in infectious diseases and infection prevention to help spread the word about these amazing people and their passions.
Mentorship
The mentorship initiative is a place for infection prevention professionals to connect with experienced infection preventionists to expand their knowledge and skills in their setting type.
NE Respiratory Protection Task Force
Nebraska ICAP, along with Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, are committed to bringing healthcare facilities resources and information on building an effective Respiratory Protection Program and providing training and fit testing for employees of healthcare facilities.
Clostridioides difficile
Nebraska ICAP is partnering with Nebraska DHHS on a CDC-funded grant to address CDI rates in targeted healthcare facilities in Nebraska. This project will be a collaborative between the targeted healthcare facilities, NE ICAP and DHHS, and will focus on CDI prevention and control.
